SHORT CV

Ângelo Santos received his MSc in Micro and Nanotechnology Engineering from NOVA School of Science and Technology (FCT NOVA) in 2016. He is currently working as a senior researcher and electrical characterization laboratory manager at Materials Research Center (CENIMAT|I3N).

His main scientific interest is circuit design with oxide-based thin-film transistor technology, ranging from simulation and layout design to circuit/device characterization. He has worked on several European and National projects developing embedded electronics for smart packaging, high-resolution backplane design for augmented reality and power management for IoT applications.
