We were delighted to host the student delegation from the Department of Polymer Science and Engineering at Zhejiang University (ZJU) for a full-day program at CENIMAT|i3N.
The visit began with a warm welcome from Professor Hugo Águas, followed by an introduction to CENIMAT|i3N by Professor Pedro Barquinha. Our researchers shared cutting-edge work in fields ranging from bioelectronics and sustainable electronics to advanced materials for biomedical and energy applications. In return, ZJU students presented exciting research on topics such as intelligent biomedical materials, ultrasound-responsive microneedle platforms, and hydrogen production technologies.
